The Ring Group is a whole-university administrative service support unit, mainly for the school laboratory safety, environmental protection and campus environmental maintenance and other work to provide advice and services, so that the whole school teachers and students can have a safe working environment.

This group of business is divided into environmental safety and environmental protection two major projects:

Environmental safety includes: elevator equipment regular maintenance and safety inspection management, fire safety equipment maintenance and declaration management, campus safety and health and self-defense fire group education and training, protection mission business.

Environmental protection includes: sewage treatment equipment and discharge water quality management, drinking fountain regular maintenance and drinking water quality management, environmental protection policy handling, campus environmental maintenance business.
